Bedroom Available in Newly Renovated Building

Small bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment located in the heart of Central Harlem.

The Bedroom: Approximately 6.5?x 8? (a little bigger). The bedroom can hold a full/queen sized bed, and a small dresser. It has a window with an amazing view, and beautiful French style doors.

The Apartment: Three bedroom apartment with large living room that looks out over the city. It has three built in air conditioners, hardwood floors, and freshly painted walls. Our kitchen is cozy, but comes with new appliances including a dishwasher. We just moved in, so there isn't much furniture in the common spaces as of yet. If you have large furniture items (i. e. couch, table, etc), we are open to discussing the possibility of you bringing it with you. Utilities and internet are included. You would share a bathroom with one other person. Pets are welcome in the building, but management does require a small pet fee.

The Building: The building is newly renovated and has three elevators, an Amazon locker room, a laundry room, and even a Pet Spa.

The Neighborhood: There are lots of cute cafe's and eateries nearby, including Corner Social, Harlem Shake, Red Rooster, and Sylvia's. Just across the bridge is a 15 minute walk to Target, Bed Bath, and Beyond, Marshalls, Home Depot, and a number of other stores.

Transportation: The 3 train is 2 blocks away in one direction--a 25-30 minute commute to Midtown!. In the other direction, and a little bit of a longer walk (about 5-7 minutes), you also have access to the 2 train. And if you want even MORE train options, you can walk 10-12 minutes to the ACBD on 145th and St. Nicholas. There are also a number of bus options as well.

What We are Looking For In a Roommate: We are a female in her mid 30's and a gay male in his mid 20's. We are both professionals, and have almost opposite schedules. We are friendly and like to socialize, but also respect a person's desire for personal space and time. We would like to be able to have conversations with our roommate, and open communication. We do not have to be the best of friends, however. We want someone who is respectful of the common areas, and cleans up after themselves; someone who is responsible and reliable; and overall, someone who is a good person.

What Is Needed Upon Signing: First month's rent and security, Three recent pay stubs, 3 recent bank statements, a letter from your previous landlord and/or letter of Employment Verification.

As one of us works during the day, and the other at night, we are pretty much able to show you the apartment any time.
