I'm renting a large bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium (your own private full bathroom and 3 closets). Newish (2018) building located in Central Harlem. It's a 4 min walk to the 2 and 3 train lines. The building has such amenities as a doorman, two elevators, live-in super, rooftop deck, brand new washers /dryers in basement, dishwasher, (indoor bike parking and private storage for a building fee), free gym for residents only, virtual doorman, secure package room and state of the art security system with cameras in all common areas monitored by security 24/7. I work WFH (work from home) as an Accountant, super clean, quiet, and considerate. I'm in bed early, usually by 11:00 PM. I rarely entertain at home, low-key lifestyle, and looking for someone similar. My girlfriend stays with me 2 days per week and I stay at her place 2 days per week. If you are looking for a peaceful home, this is it. My current roommate of 3 years is a 35-year-old Asian male healthcare provider who just completed his residency at the nearby hospital. He's moving out of state to accept another position. My previous roommate of 2 years was a thirtysomething female who moved in with her boyfriend during the early days of Covid. This rental is for one person only. Absolutely NO COUPLES. Proof of employment. ID, last 4 paystubs required, references & credit score a plus.
