The duplex apartment is located in a townhouse which includes: washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and nice stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, internet.

The bedrooms are all located on the top floor of the townhouse, up a flight of stairs from the rest of the apartment. It has one window, deep closet, new hardwood floors, and brand new AC located in the room. The bathroom that goes with the room is downstairs. It has a big shower/bathtub unit, a nice vanity sink with storage at the bottom, mirror cabinet, standard toilet, and nice tile floors.

Rent for the room is $1,300 (Utilities are included). There is a one month deposit. No Broker's Fee.

- Must be pleasant single professional
- Non-smoker (Drug free)
- Must be tidy and clean
- No pets allowed
- 1 Month Rent + 1 Month Security Required To Move In

- MUST Provide Last Year W-2 and Last 5 Current Paystub
