We have a bedroom available in our two bedroom 2 bath apartment located on 135th and Broadway. The room you see has a huge closet.
We are looking forward to someone who is fun, clean, and friendly.
The room is available anytime after February 1st. And our lease expires July 31st (but can be re-upped).
Security deposit required to repay previous roommate.
Internet is $25 a month, and electric is usually around $15 or $20.
We are two blocks from the Hudson and cute bars:)

The 1 station is two blocks away and there are three bus stops on the corner of our building.
Packages can get delivered, and we have security (not technically a doorman).
