Large Sunny Bedroom in Huge Hamilton Heights Apt

A room is opening up in our large 4-bed 2.5-bath Hamilton Heights apartment for an August 1 move in! We’re looking for longterm stays, preferably until our lease ends on July 31, 2027. The bedroom has large windows, a closet, and fits a queen size bed with TONS of natural light and lots of space for a desk, dresser, and whatever other furniture you’d like to decorate your room with (the common areas are furnished). The building has an elevator and a very nice live-in super. We're a 4 minute walk to the 1 train and an 8 minute walk to the ABCD trains, and we're next to tons of cute cafes and lovely restaurants, bars, and bistros, lots of grocery stores and bodegas, dry cleaning and laundromats, yoga studios, and the library.

As for us, we’re 3 girls aged 26-28. We’ve very tidy and quiet, and we keep ourselves busy with work and studies (I'm an incoming Columbia Master's student, one girl is an architect student and another is a music student), so we’re usually out and about or chilling in our rooms after being out in the city chaos. We love music, reading, movies, exploring cafes, going to museums, walking around, and just enjoying what the city has to offer! Please no smoking or pets
