Small Room in Hamilton Heights

I have a sublet that will be available for 3 months starting August 1st and ending October 31st— with option to resign the lease starting November 1st.

This is in a 4 bedroom apartment (1 shared bathroom + kitchen access) located a short distance from the 145th & Broadway 1 train station and about a 10 minute walk to the ABCD station. There is no elevator in building, apartment is a short walk-up to the 2nd floor, and the room comes unfurnished. The room is small, but comes with a closet— can fit a full size bed comfortably along with other furnishings.

Rent is $900 a month and there is a $900 deposit required to secure the space— $1800 total to move in. Utilities will be included in this price for the sublet period (08/01 - 10/31).

If you wish to continue the lease— utilities are about $90 per month. Internet is $20 a month and gas/electric vary on the season from $40-$70 a month per person.

The home is composed of 2 young women in their 20’s and one in her 30’s. A mix of professionals and/or students. This is a chill household where most keep to themselves. No smoking inside the apartment.

Guests are allowed.
