Sublet for beautiful Sugar Hill apartment

We are 3 young artists/working professionals looking for a sublet for one bedroom in our beautiful historic Sugar Hill apartment. We prefer someone who is an artist and respects our quieter space. The sublet is for my room.

The building is pre war with an elevator and pretty courtyard. Our apartment is located on the sixth floor and gets plenty of natural light! There is one bathroom and a spacious living room/kitchen (includes dishwasher). Laundry is conveniently located on the ground floor, with two laundromats (one is 24/7) directly across the street. We are within walking distance to several cafes, restaurants, gyms, grocery stores and parks. Riverside is also close if you enjoy a run or walk along the Hudson. Trains are easily accessible- about 5 minute walk to the A/C D/B lines with a 10 minute walk to the 1 train. Downtown takes about 20 minutes via express trains.

The room comes furnished with a full-sized bed, bedside table, bookshelf, writing desk and chair, 2 mirrors, under bed storage containers, A/C unit and spacious closet. This room sits above the street and has two windows- one with A/C unit and one (with a screen) you are welcome to open. My furniture is mostly antique so request someone who appreciates this and be clean + careful. Women especially encouraged to apply!
