The atmosphere here is quiet. I enjoy the sound of the birds as this allows my brain to function. Love making home improvements when I'm able to save a few dollars. Looking for an energy conscious individual, turns light off, food compost savvy, to assist in reducing our carbon footprint on this beautiful planet. Like to visit museums, gym, explore the off beaten enclaves of NYC. I have a long to do list like most New Yorkers.
My son a recent graduate employed, busy life out of the home. Lastly we're practicing Buddhists respectful of all, expect that in the people we live with, be honest with who you are and we'll get along fine.

Looking for - female, who needs a place for a while to accomplish a goal, then take flight to bigger and better. Energy conscious with regards to heating / cooling, as the bills can get out of control if not careful. Quiet environment makes you happy. Great communicator is a must. a minimalist lifestyle, where less is more with regards to material needs. Sense of humor would be a bonus.
