Furnished room in 2 bed 1 bath door person, pet+

I am a 37 year old professional gay male, nerdy homebody type, looking for a short term renter for the next three months ideally for a fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath in a prewar building in Hamilton Heights. Closet in hall. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. In-building laundry and has a dishwasher, microwave, and various appliances you would be welcome to use. My bedroom not photographed, is the room closest to front door.
I have a friendly mid-sized dog who does well with other animals and they will be considered. Internet and utilities included in price. Window AC in bedroom and living room. Building also has a door person and elevator. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID as I have high-risk job.
Possibility of extending lease or handing off lease for renewal at end of 3 months if interested.
Couple of boxes and books in the photos easily removed, just using as storage space.
Full disclosure—recently had a problem with mice, had to get rid of couch and a new one is on order (hence the couchless living room). The exterminator came and have not had issues since. Exterminator is scheduled to come to building once a month, so if the mice return they are easily scheduled. Feel free to text with any questions, will likely only be available to show in evenings.
