Rent: $1200 + Utilities average around $60-$80
Roommates: 3 professional women ranging from their early 20s-30s and fully vaccinated. Everyone is usually busy but friendly. Most importantly they respect others privacy.
The room: It is a master so it is very spacious for working from home and has a private ensuite bathroom w/shower. There is an amazing sunset views of the Hudson River!
Where: The apartment is near CUNY and a short commute to Columbia University. There are bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. It is also very much still a family neighborhood, so I always feel safe even late at night. Bonus: Riverbank Park is across the street!
Requirements: Must sign the lease, which starts October 1st. Possibility of an earlier move-in date. Proof of employment or guarantor needed for application approval. Females preferred.
