Hi! I'm subleasing my current room in West Harlem starting January 1st! The room is $1000 month and you'd have the ability to renew the lease once it's over. The apartment is fully furnished and my current roommates are great about sharing, so you'd only have to worry about furnishing your room! Two professional women (one is a lawyer, the other works in the non-profit sector) who are laidback and for the most part, to themselves. I hang out in the living room sometimes, but for the most part it's pretty empty.

Super super convenient and beautiful. One minute walk to the A, B. C, D train. One minute walk to the M3 bus. Four minute walk to the M101 bus. 10 minute walk to the 1 train. There are tons of restaurants near us on St. Nicholas, Edgemont and Amsterdam.

Very spacious! Central heating. Super beautiful. Oh and did I mention that it's already furnished? You would only have to worry about furnishing your room!
