Hi! I am looking for a roommate to fill a large (14'x10' plus closet) room in my 3BR apartment on W 143rd St. and Convent Ave.
The room is unfurnished (the photos below show the room both empty and with a full-size bed and other furniture to give a sense of scale). We're right near the 145th st stops on the ABCD and the 1, about 30 minutes from midtown. I've lived here for four years, and I love it.
The room is $995/mo, plus electricity and internet. The apartment is a 3BR/1BA on the 4th floor (with an elevator), and you would be joining me and my roommate David; both of us work and commute downtown, and take Covid precautions very seriously. If you are interested in the apartment, we will definitely be discussing how we would work to keep each other safe, as it is always my #1 priority.
