Hey potential roommate!

Looking for a roommate to move in ASAP. The room is a bright 90 sq ft in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Upper West Side located in the historical Hamilton Heights. We're 3 blocks away from City College and 10 minutes away from Columbia University. We're 2 blocks away from the ABCD lines, 3 away from the 1 train, and 1 block away from St. Nicholas Park. It's located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator and laundry located in the basement.

Quick room facts:
-Located in the middle of ABCD and 1 train lines along 144th & Convent
-Room is 110 in by 120 in or about 90 sq ft and unfurnished.
-Rough size idea: previous roommate had 2 dressers, a queen size bed and a desk.
-There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment and the one you will be sharing is the one with a tub
-Kitchen and Living room is a combined space. Amenities include basics like a microwave, an oven and a fridge but we also have a full dishwasher.
-The building has an elevator and multiple laundry units are located onsite in the basement
-Super lives in the building

About the roommates:
-Roommate 1 and 2 are a gay asian couple. One is a full time web developer who works from home and the other is in accounts receivable and a corporate liaison.
-Roommate 3 is a white male photographer
-We're all pretty laid back. Clean but not specific about it. We also cook fairly often and are more likely to have board game nights and beat your ass in Catan or Mario Kart than 3 am ragers.
-Oh, there's also a shiba living with us. Name is Yuzu but he's more like a cat than a dog. He stays in the room most of the time and only comes out if he hears people come home
-LGBTQ friendly obvs and open to roommates of all genders
-Also, we've been mostly sequestered for covid and no one in the apartment has gotten it yet so any potential roommate must take social distancing and masks seriously.
