Hey Everyone!

Looking to fill one bedroom in a cute 4 bedroom Harlem/Hamilton Heights apartment on west 143rd street. Conveniently located between Amsterdam and Broadway, 5 minute walking distance to 1 train (red line) and the A, C,B, D trains. The sublease would be for September 1, 2020- August 31, 2021.

After two years of living together, our fourth roommate is moving out so now we?re looking for a courteous, responsible, and easy-going new friend to join our home! No need to bring common area furniture (unless its a coffee table lol), or kitchen supplies- we got you covered. The room is sized at approximately 9 ft x 12 ft. A full bed works comfortably with adequate walking space in all directions. GREAT storage space above closet (french door closet doors). There is currently an A/C unit installed and can either be sold to the new tenant or taken out- reach out for price.
Amenities: elevator access, dishwasher, close to 5 trains, 3 grocery stores, a handful of new bars/restaurants, Riverbank State Park, St. Nicholas Park. Laundry not in unit, but there is a REALLY nice, NEW laundry mat right on our block.

In terms of utilities, we generally pay around $30-$50/person depending on the time of year. Must be able to provide proof of income, credit score, and be able to commit to 11 months.

A little about us: We are 3 her/she identifying persons, all aged 29-30. (We prefer NOT to live with cisgendered males) Emily (30) works in property management and moonlights as a fashion designer. Lauren (29) is the primary lease holder, she works for Disney. Bianca (29) works in marketing for the NYC nightlife industry.

Due to COVID -19, we are hosting virtual interviews and tours of the apartment before we meet in person.
