One big room and one small room available in shared 5-bed apartment for July and August while roommates are away for the summer.

About current tenants ? During July, 3 women, and during August, 2 women and 1 man. All in our 20s. Mix of straight and queer. One hairless sphynx cat. All excellent.

Looking for ? respectful roommates, queer friendly, musician friendly. Clean/tidy in common spaces. Students/young professionals. Couples okay if renting both rooms.

Ideally from beginning of July through to August 20, shorter stays possible. End date negotiable.

About apartment ? 5th floor, *with elevator*. Well-equipped kitchen, some fridge* and pantry space (limited), shared living room with TV, shared bathroom with bathtub and shower. Building has access to two big rooftop areas. Laundry room in basement.

*There is also a mini-fridge in closet of the big room. Can be moved into small room but won't fit in closet.
