A five minute walk from: the 137-City College stop on the 1 train, the Riverbank State Park and bike path, 24-hour bodegas, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonalds. Also immediately nearby are a Food Universe and 24-hour laundromat. Roommates are all friendly, responsible and respectful young professionals. LGBTQ friendly is a must, and a tolerance for eccentric decor is ideal ????
