No common room (it is a storage area.)

*Preference for someone interested in staying long-term (or at least the better part of a year).

*Room (750) + utilities , wifi (flat rate) is $800 total

*Quiet, respectful roommates tend to be in-and-out working and in school - using home as a quiet sanctuary in the busy city and hope for the same (we're awesome and friendly but this is not a party/hangout spot).
