Seeking a Roomate for our Mansion on Convent Avenue at West 144th street.
Furnished Bedroom - $1500 includes Everything!

Sun-filled, 12' x 15' windowed furnished bedroom has a fireplace mantle and 2 large closets
(One closet is cedar lined) and hardwood floors. The room overlooks the garden and is very quiet.

Our 5000 square ft. home has a huge living room with baby grand piano and beautiful furniture, separate formal dining room and kitchen.

There is a landscaped private garden in the back and a gated area in the front.

We are seeking someone who is interesting, clean, responsible, courteous with a good job outside of the home.
(No work at home types)

Must have good interpersonal skills and be pet friendly. (I have a Yorkie and a cat that stay in my personal space.)

The mansion has housekeeper who maintains the home and handles general cleaning.

The roommates include myself, female e
ntrepreneur, a male who works as a commercial photographer.

The neighborhood is filled with bars and restaurants and maintains a friendly neighborhood feel while still being connected to the rest of the city.

We are one short block from at A/C/B/D subways. A and D Express is two stops from 59th Street Columbus Circle and takes 10 minutes.
We are 2 block from 1 Local Subway for easy access to the Upper Westside.
