We are two geeky nerd professionals (m/35, f/44, not a couple) looking for a new harmonic roommate to take the largest room in our Hamilton Heights apt. This one bathroom apt has three bedrooms, a main area usually holding an active board game or other project and a decent kitchen. Your large room w/closet is enough to feature a full bed, desk and sofa with extra space. The $1000/pcm includes all utilities and internet. We live in a bachelor style with light clutter and irregular cleaning. If you are the type who needs your space clutter-free and cleaned constantly, this is not the space for you.
