2 females looking for a 3rd female roommate (no pets, kids, or couples) to sublease the 3rd bedroom. $933 would be your share of rent each month. To sign lease you must have one month security and a month's rent. We are kind of flexible about the move in date, by July 1.

Apt- Updated/Modern 3 bedroom. 1 and ? bathrooms. Bedrooms are a decent size for city living, with large closets and high ceilings. Updated and functioning kitchen with dishwasher. Living room area gets good light.

We split the Spectrum and ConEd. We only have Wi-Fi. Cable would be on you if you are interested.

No pets.

Your bedroom would be the back bedroom and is on the other side of the apartment completely separate from the other 2 bedrooms and closest to the bathrooms.

Laundry facilities are in the basement of the building.

The neighborhood is Sugar Hill, Harlem. 10 min walk to the 1 or ABCD stop. Everything you need from coffee, to gym, to supermarket, to parks, to transit, to pizza is within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Also please have your documents in order: These include the following: tax returns; 1 letter from job of employment history and salary; 2 months' worth of pay stubs; copy of current lease (if on one) or letter from previous landlord; 2 photo forms of ID.

We are 2 professional females, 29 & 34. We work daytime hours and have other activities that keep us busy in the evening. Sometimes we are home more and sometimes not often. Sometimes we hang out together, sometimes we don't see each other for a few days due to schedules. The apt is pretty quiet, neat, clean, and easy to maintain. We do have visitors over but never anyone that will upset the zen of the home. We keep rowdiness away from the apt.

We enjoy African dance class, discussing Real Housewives of Atlanta, natural hair, and what Auntie Michelle and Uncle Barry are up too.

We would like a roommate to kind of have the same vibe as it just works for us. You should be a solo roommate. (no couples, pets, or kids) Be mindful of our shared spaces (living room, bathrooms, and kitchen). Willing to clean someone else's dishes every once and a while. Willing to stick to a cleaning schedule. Visitors are welcomed, but not permanent visitors. And in general be a considerate person. Please be able to share some type of social media that we can easily view. (meaning not private).
