Looking for a roommate to share our Soho/Noho/Greenwich Village (it’s right in the middle) 2 bedroom apartment with us. Without giving away the exact cross street, Equinox, Kith, The Mercer, Il Buco, ATLA, McNally Jackson, Court Street Grocers, and other restaurants and shops are just a few blocks away.

The double-height ceiling (13’) private room gets a lot of light through a huge 4’ x 7’ window. The space itself is 10 x 9’, and comes furnished with a long desk facing the window, a chair, shelves, a full-sized bed on an elevated frame, and big framed mirror. The private closet is in the hallway/entrance, and is about 26” across and 32” deep.

The rest of the apartment: An entrance hallway, bathroom, and living room/kitchen, with our bedroom in a big loft suspended over the common area. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a live-in super, and can be accessed by elevator or stairs. There’s a great laundry service across the street and a Wholefoods (as well as 24-hour grocery options) nearby. It’s a few blocks away from Washington Square Park, many NYU buildings, and less than three blocks from the 6, BDF, and QR trains.

About us: We are two young professionals in the creative industries, looking for a responsible and easy-going third roommate that is into living downtown and currently interning, working full-time, or in school. We are more on the organized side (vs. being clean freaks) and try not to have too much stuff around. We’ve had great experiences with our roommates over the last seven years here, mostly females in their 20s.

Note: Since our computers and other important things are out in the open, we prefer no guests unless we are also in the apartment. No overnight visitors please.
