1 bedroom in LARGE 2 bed Greenwich Village apt!!

Ad ref# 102092327

My landlord is letting me move into a proper 2 bedroom apartment in the same building when my lease is up May 1st. It is larger, with a huge living room and a nice bathroom and kitchen, with tons of light. Only problem: I need a housemate!

If you have your own furniture, fantastic. But I do have a twin bed, AC, cloth armoire, TV bracket, headboard bookshelf, and mirror for your room. I also have a couch and desk for the living room.

I've taken stills from the video I took today of the empty apartment for you -- they're corny, I know and I apologize, so I'll also include photos from the real estate listing when it was last on the market. I was so excited about seeing the place, the video moves through the apartment way too fast haha, which is why the stills are so blurry.

The first five photos are from the landlord.
The stills from the video are in the order of the apt's layout:
-front bedroom
-living room
-front hallway

The woman in the photo is the landlord's inhouse broker. She's really lovely and she's the one cutting me a break on this apartment.

Each bedroom is the same size: about 10x10. One has a closet and the other doesn't. One faces the street and the other faces the inner court. They both get good light as you can see. The living room faces the street. Did I mention 10 foot ceilings?

These are good landlords with a great super, which are hard to come by in NYC, and they are taking into consideration I've been a good tenant for years with them when giving me first dibs in this apartment and their consideration of my application. Needless to say, a $2700 apartment in GV is a gem and I'd like to move on this apartment if I can. It's a no fee apartment by the way!

My lease is up May 1, but I'm happy to sign a lease that starts April 15 or May 1. If you want to see the apartment in person with me, please let me know and I can contact the landlord to arrange it. You're also happy to see my apartment.

Feel free to message if you're interested or have questions or want to talk to my current housemate to confirm I'm good people etc. I'm down for both zoom and in person interviews.

Requirements for the apartment needs to be proveable income from a job or some other source. You don't need to make 40x the rent like they used to require, but you need to show you can pay more than your share of the monthly rent.

What you need to move in: $1375 for the first month; $1375 for the deposit.
