Searching for a new roommate in my 2 bedroom, 1 bath Greenwich Village apartment for October 1st! It's a cozy spot but is in a location you can't beat (two blocks from Washington Square Park, right above a record store, cute shops, restaurants and bars). Building is safe, with a wonderful live-in super. Kitchen is tiny but honestly I cook up a storm in there and never feel cramped. Your bedroom would come unfurnished. No pets allowed unfortunately. Year long lease please!
The room is a bright & large-NYC bedroom, large closet, with a window and AC unit. You can fit a full (possibly even a queen) sized bed, a nightstand, and another tall piece of furniture or chair in the corner.
A little about me: I'm a 25 year old Graphic Designer in the sports industry. Originally from Virginia, and went to school at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). I love cooking, decorating, working out, making art, and hosting wine nights, and would love to live with someone wanting to form a friendship and community. Looking for someone laid back, mature, and responsible!
