A cute, small, FURNISHED bedroom with a large window, solid wood door, a brand-new full-size bed, nightstand, 32" TV, and dresser. Room is about 7'x 11', with 9' high ceilings. Cable/internet included.

The apartment is two blocks south of Washington Square Park and New York University, and is in the back of the building where it is surprisingly quiet for being off Bleecker St. This place is very unique as it is an old, 1910, New York tenement with the shower/clawfoot tub in the kitchen. This unique situation has always been a non-issue between myself and my past female roomies. The place is very safe, quiet, cozy in winter, artsy-bohemian, always neat-and-clean, old-and-quirky, historic, definitely-not-for-everyone. I am a male who has lived here for quite a while, and I am respectful and pleasant.

This is real Greenwich Village, not a movie set. Not a party pad either...no parties! No overnight guests.
