My roommate is moving out of our 2 bed/1 bath Greenwich Village apartment when our lease ends so I'm looking for a new roommate to take over her room! I'm 27 and work in finance. I love to explore local restaurants, relax in nearby Washington Square Park, go to the gym, and chill on the couch. I like to go out occasionally but prefer the apartment to be peaceful and calm. I am looking for a female in her 20s-30s with a similar living style!
The room is available furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen and living room are fully stocked and furnished but additions are more than welcome.
The building is great and has elevators, a doorman, laundry on every floor, and central air/heating (all hard to come by in this area for this price!). The neighborhood is really fun and lively, with everything you could ever need just steps away. The unit itself is in the back of the building though, so the apartment is really quiet.
Feel free to ask me any questions you may have!
