I will be relocating from my home of 12 years in the Village between now and February 1, 2018.

I found a great apartment that would be $2600 for each party ($5200 total) in the neighborhood, a 2BR 2Bath in Greenwich Village.

possibly after.

I cannot live in any other part of town because I work closely with my clients in the area.

I?m proposing a year-long agreement with the right party. Must be musician-friendly and have a lifestyle that matches mine respectfully. I?m aware of and appreciate the sound and privacy needs of both parties. Must be clean, professional, preferably female but open to exchanges with both females and males. The right fit will probably spend less time working in the apartment than me or use the second bedroom as an office, even a shared downtown Manhattan office with others. I?m not noisy at night and will always do my best to create a peaceful environment for all concerned.
