Spacious, cozy room for rent

Hi! My name is Maddie, and I’ve lived in the area for 2 years. It’s a really fun area with lots of bars. My life is very low key during the week as I do work a 9-5, but I do like to go out and have fun on the weekends. I do my best to clean every other week (my roommate and I switch off) and we each deep clean every once in a while. I am looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle, who’s clean, respectful of common spaces, and easy going and friendly! I’m happy to do my own thing, and would be up for dinner, drinks or just hanging out on occasion. :)

It’s very private, as my room is on the other side of the apartment.

The room has a nice sized closet. The room can fit a bed, dresser, desk, bookshelf, a bed side table, and a chair or ottoman.

The apartment does not have a dishwasher or laundry, but dry cleaning/ a laundry service is across the street, and a laundromat is around the corner
