Room available in Gramercy Park!

Hi! My current sub letter just moved out and and I’m looking for a new roommate starting ASAP, preferably until July 1st, 2022. The lease can be renewed in July 2022 if desired.

The location is fantastic: Gramercy Park on 19th street between Irving and Park Avenue. It’s a little neighborhood oasis surrounded by cute restaurants and steps from Union Square (4/5/6/L/N/Q/R/W), by the East Village, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Midtown South/Flatiron/MSQ, and more.

You get to live in Gramercy Park and it’s such a great vibe! I’m open to incorporating your furniture if you’d like. My roommate left her mattress and a clothes hanger, which you can use (or not). Laundry in the building!

My (adorable!) mini poodle named Albie is in Florida but will probably be back in October or November. I like to do yoga, explore the city, run/relax outside when the weather permits, and hang out with friends. I recently finished my MPH at Columbia and I’m working in a lab.

As far as roommate styles, I like for my home to be clean, and would be amenable to either a cleaning service or taking turns. I'm pretty easy-going and won't freak out if there is a little temporary clutter, but I like to be tidy and consistently clean. I'd be independent, but would be happy to hang out (and potentially share a glass of wine) every once in a while!
