Due to Covid, we are not living in our apartment at the moment. It is fully furnished. We are looking for two roommates to fill the apartment. We will also consider single occupancy, to pay the price of one room. We will also consider less than one month, the price to be adjusted weekly by 1700 or 1500 divided by 4. Utilities are about $70 and wifi is about $50.
About the apartment: Pre-war building. 2nd floor in a 6-floor walkup. Unofficial rooftop access. Hard wood floors. Both rooms have closets and dressers. Larger bedroom has a full-sized bed and access to a fire escape. Smaller bedroom has twin-sized bed. Living room is big for NYC standards and has lots of light. Kitchen has new fridge, lots of storage space and an oven, toaster and microwave.
