The room is inward-facing so very limited street noise, but also only a courtyard view.
Full service doorman service, laundry room, and a full gym (believe it is currently closed). The unit has a huge kitchen, with pretty new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and awesome kitchenware. Hard wood floors throughout the unit. The apartment has been maintained well and clean in the five years I've lived there, and has never had a pet or smoker.

Room
The room is 8.5x12 ft. It's a fully enclosed addition with a glass enclosed window at the top that meets code. No space at the top, so fully enclosed and walled off. Two
full size living room type windows open to the courtyard.

Furnishings - Room
The bed is a QUEEN bed, fits perfect. I also have a full size dresser, small computer station, and standing cabinet. You also would have the full closet in the hallway.
Room also includes the following items in the picture: Queen Bed, Queen Mattress, new window A/C unit, space heater, floor carpet, dresser, computer station, and computer chair. This is included at no cost and all yours.

Roommate
No roommate currently, but I am a mid-thirties male who was rarely home when I was living in New York, as I travel a ton for work (consulting. When home, I like to see friends on weekends, stay active, cook sometimes. I rarely use the living room, so it would pretty much be yours even when I'm home.

Financial Details
Apt is available now. This would be a sublease as the lease isn't up for renewal until next year.
Rent is $1600/month, with a refundable security deposit close to $2K if you stay longer than just a couple of months.
