Private Room in 4-floor 2 BR/2Bath Gramercy Apt

I am looking for a new roommate to move into the private upstairs bedroom of my 4-floor, 2BR/2Bath Gramercy Park apartment (check out my listing for more details).

Move in date can be anytime between Aug 1st and Nov 1st, but the closer to Sept 1st, the better. Can easily accommodate early move in if needed.

The available bedroom is private, spacious, has plenty of closet space, its own AC/Heating unit, and a large floor-to-ceiling window that provides a lot of natural light. It effectively has a private bathroom as well, as the apartment has 2 bathrooms; one downstairs in my bedroom, and one tied to the upstairs bedroom.

As mentioned earlier, the apartment has a vertical layout. There are 4 floors, though the apartment itself is technically on the 1st floor, and noise doesn't really travel from room to room. No noisy neighbors either--all the adjacent units units are used for storage. There are two entrances to the apartment, the living room is fully furnished, and the open kitchen has granite counter tops.

This is my 5th year living in this unit. I occupy the downstairs bedroom with my girlfriend. We have a private entrance/bathroom (and a bit of a cooking setup), so we tend to stay in our room. Neither of us drink or do drugs, nor do we throw parties or anything of the sort. That being said we're actually very sociable people, but generally prefer to keep to ourselves.

All we ask from prospective roommates is that they are respectful, keep mutual spaces clean, and pay rent/utilities on time.
