I am hoping to get someone to sublease my current studio apartment in Gramercy. Its a management office owned building with front door man and amazing fitness center in the ground level!
No broker-fee!

Please note that out of the $3250 deposit, $500 is non-refundable which was the original non-refundable deposit that was given to the Management company by me in April 2017.

Monthly Rent is discounted from $2750 to $2430. Thus, you can get this price from March-July for $2430; after July 20th; you can work with the management office to renew/negotiate/end the lease as you wish.

Amount returned 30 days after 7/20 is: $2750

You must connect your own cable/internet as well as electricity (averages around $40 in winter to $100 in the summer)
