Hello, we have a bedroom available for sublet January 1, 2021 (or move-in as late as January 4, 2021) in our beautiful apartment in Gramercy! Both short-term and long-term subletters are welcome (minimum stay of 2 months).
The entire apartment, including the open bedroom, is fully furnished. It's a beautiful and fairly girly true 3-bedroom in Gramercy: All wood floors, washer/dryer in unit, new appliances, rooftop access, crown molding, even a chandelier. The bedroom has a full-size bed and mattress, side table, closet, and curtains.
The roommates: Two easygoing women, 27 and 31. We love to travel, explore the city and go out on weekends (when it’s safe to!) but also enjoy a good night chatting on the couch with wine. One is out of the house at the office every day, and one is a mix of WFH and in-person classes.
About you: Female, clean, respectful of communal areas, open to meeting new people
Monthly utilities (cable/electric/internet/shared household items) included in rent.
Please send us a message if you are interested. Thank you
