I'm renting my room available immediately through end of June! I'm moving into a new apartment, and have a month of crossover between my new lease and my current lease.
The building is very modern, there's a full gym on the third floor, and an unreal rooftop (360 degree view of the city).
The room itself is large with a TON of closet space. I had a queen bed in there with plenty of space for furniture.
In-unit Washer/Dryer, and all of the appliances are pretty new and nice. There are two bathrooms, with one of them private. My old roommate is easy going and extremely nice!
Overall, I think it's one of the most affordable places you can find that avoids all of the typical traps of a New York apartment (no bugs, no noise, clean, new appliances, quiet).
It's a few blocks from Hudson yards and the Hudson River Waterfront. I loved the apartment! I moved out extremely convenient to Penn Station, PATH, and A-C-E trains.
