Hi! My roommate and I are females looking for someone to fill up an amazing room in a spacious apartment!

3 bed/1 bath apartment
Elevator in the building
Spacious living room, up-to-date bathroom, and a newly-furnished kitchen
The kitchen has a lot of storage space and each roommate is provided with designated shelves for storage.
There are two additional closet spaces in the entryway for guests/extra storage as well as cleaning supplies
We are located near the big and beautiful Fort Tryon Park and are less than a 10 minute walk from the A and 1 train. There is a laundromat and a grocery store around the corner
Multiple parking lots around the neighborhood

Your room:

Bright and spacious room with window facing a quiet street
One closet with sliding mirror doors
Ceiling fan
Extra storage unit built into wall above closet for extra storage
A wall of exposed brick, wooden hardwood floors
Two windows and room can fit a Queen sized bed and more
The bedroom will be unfurnished

Rent & Utilities

Rent is $800/month with a $800 security deposit. Water and heat are include but the WiFi, electric, and gas would be around $50-$60/month for each person or less depending on usage

Terms/Length:

The room will be available as of November 15, 2021.

Please be prepared to go through an application process including filling out a rental application and bringing a copy of your ID. The landlord will be looking for someone with a credit score around 700 and a minimum annual income of $30,000.

About us:

My roommate and I are both in our mid-20’s and are in the medical field. My roommate is currently a Physician Assistant student so we are looking for someone that will be mindful and courteous of that.
We are both chill and laidback people to live with, enjoy a good conversation, have friends over on occasion, and we like the shared spaces to be clean and tidy
