It'll be a five month sublet and then the lease for the location renews in late August.

Uptown Manhattan location, between both Little Dominican Republic and Inwood. Located right between the A and 1 trains. 2-3 minute walk maximum to either train. 191st 1 train station is a block away (it's the station that's like a mile-long tunnel full of graffiti).

Fort Tryon Park is about a five minute walk away. Easy access to the Met Cloisters. Access to two bodegas, one directly on our block and another across the street from that one. Really great restaurants in the area as well that have adapted well to the quarantine regulations. We also have a post office, a grocery store, barber shops, hair salons, a hardware store, and a qualified divorce lawyer all within a block radius.

The living room is fully furnished -- the bedroom will not be.
