The apartment itself is sunny, quiet, and spacious. In the pass-through kitchen you have a full dishwasher, very updated stainless steel appliances, a full refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of storage. The bathroom is ADA compliant so it is very large. Tons of storage in the three separate medicine cabinets that make up the huge mirror. Great closet space throughout and a living and sleeping area that fits a queen size bed (maybe even a king), a couch, and anything else you'd want in your living and sleeping area. The window is huge an allows in a ton of light. You face the interior of a horseshoe shaped building so no noise from 23rd Street. The roofdeck is just one floor up.

The monthly rent on the unit is $3600/month but the last month is free. I am happy to pass those savings on to you so net effective the rent is $2400/month. This would be a lease assignment arrangement where you'd need to apply and be approved to take on the lease in your name. You'd need to put down a $3600 security deposit.
