My fiance and I have lived in and loved this apartment for over a year and are sad to step away. We planned to be here for a long time but our family recently moved to Tahoe & we are planning to join them for the winter.
It's a pretty special place - large (1,000 sq ft), full floor, quiet w/private outdoor space, a kind and responsive private landlord, laundry, full kitchen etc. Building only has two other units - neighbors are great, both have stuck around throughout COVID.
