The master bedroom is opening in our Gramercy apartment. We have lived in the unit for 2 years, and 1 of the lease signers wants to move into a 1 bedroom which is why he is moving out and I had to move out of state. He will continue to manage the apartment as needed while you are there and will only be right across the street.
The room is located when you first enter the apartment and has a massive closet and 2 large windows letting in sunlight. The apartment is a 2nd floor walkup and is conveniently located to move in things.
One roommate is a mid 20 year old male and working professional in software development. Second roommate is a mid 20 year old finishing law school and working for a law firm in the city.
The apartment has 10ft ceilings and lots of open space with a large kitchen and living room. We are open to having someone lease for upto 2 years, but minimum commitment would be 6mo. The apartment was recently renovated 2 years ago, so it is in very good condition.
If you are interested in coming by, we can make anytime generally after 7pm work or weekends.
