Room for rent at a luxury Fidi buidling

I am looking for 1 female to take over the lease with me and for a beautiful 2 bedroom flex apartment in FiDi.

The apartment is fully renovated as per the management office, it is a luxury building with many amenities such as gym, 2 different rooftop decks (one of which has also a basketball court), lounge and LAUNDRY IN-UNIT!, as well as dry-cleaning services in the building! There is also a 24/7 doorman and valley services. I have been living in this building for a while and I love it. The apartment is great, spacious - big bathroom and great kitchen! The lease would be a year lease commitment! :D

The apartment is on the 17 floor AND HAS GREAT VEIWS!

The room - it is the private room shown as the bedroom in the floor plan. It has two huge windows knee to ceiling and a big closet. The room is pretty big, it can fit a queen size or king size bed and still have space for a desk, dresser and a love seat if you wish. I will be living in the flex room/living room - in other words there is a flex wall separating part of the living room and making it a room. My room is very private too since it is a full flex wall (no gaps and no windows) and a real door. so we both are gong to have our privacy. The shared space is the kitchen space and the bathroom.

The rent for the room (room 1) is $1,900 and the deposit is approximately 250 each - WALL IS ALREADY BUILT SO NO EXTRA CHARGE THERE!

You need to have a good credit as well as proof of financial means to pay the rent.

As for the rest of the apartment, as you can see in the photos and floor plan, the kitchen is big with lots of storage and very modern.

About me: I am greek, living in NYC 10 years now. I am a second year PhD student in Toxicology at NYU. I have classes and laboratory research most of the week, so I am running around all day and come home at night to relax. On my free time (which I don't have much lately unfortunately ) I like to go out and socialize with friends, enjoy all that this city has to offer, especially food and drinks :) I like things looking nice in the apartment, meaning I would like someone who would clean after her self. I am cool with friends coming over and staying over for as long as during the week it is during respectable hours or keeping noise down after midnight.
