Strictly non-smokers, alcohol consumption in apartment is rare (only if hosting guests on the odd occasion)
We are well educated, and put great value on our career and development
Do not host crazy parties, only some guests very occasionally - you won't hear a noise after 11PM on weeknights!
That said, we're definitely social and love to hang out
Like to cook on a weekly basis
We keep things very clean at home, no noise
Overall, we're your average, fun bunch of New Yorkers

Strictly a non-smoker (goes without saying, but no drugs, weed etc. either - cannot emphasize this enough!)
