My roommate and I are looking to fill the 3rd room on our lease that begins July 1st. It is a one year lease and prefer to have someone commit to the full year, but we're open to short term as well.

We're looking to create a clean and cozy place with a roommate where we can feel comfortable sharing the common space. We're friendly/ easygoing and are looking forward to living in this apartment!

Room available:
- Flex room (photo is an example, the room will be longer than shown based on how we're building the flex wall)
- Can fit queen or double bed
- The flex wall will be also filled to the ceiling, image shows a gap
- Have the option to build a closet in the flex wall, real door
- Large window spans the width of the room

About the apartment:
Originally a 1 bedroom 1 bath that flexes to 3 bedrooms. Apartment has a foyer (perfect to fit a couch and tv), open concept kitchen with bar seating, new appliances, dishwasher, and room to put a dining table in the second living area. The bathroom is spacious and allows for storage. Plenty of closet space in the common areas as well. We also have a water view from all bedroom windows.

About us:
I work in project management, and my roommate works in Human Resources. We keep it low key during the week, like going to the gym, watch tv, make dinner. On the weekends, we're out with friends exploring restaurants/ bars/ parks/ concerts.

It's a 5 min walk to Fulton Street station and 15 min walk to the Oculus.
