Beautiful Room Available in a Great FiDi Building

This is a 3 bed/2 bath apartment at a great location in the Financial District. The room is technically a flex but it's huge and does not feel like a flex at all. There's a ton of natural light both in the room (corner room in a corner unit) and in the rest of the apartment. The room can fit a desk, full bed (can fit a queen though), a nightstand, a bookshelf or a dresser, and has a HUGE closet. The lease would go from August to end of October with option to renew.

The building itself is incredible. It has a full gym, roofdeck, solarium, laundry (tons of machines, I never had to worry about not getting one, even on a Sunday evening), doorman, study areas, and more. The area is super close to the Fulton subway stop, and many restaurants and grocery stores. The roommates are super respectful and friendly. There are two guys living here, although one may not come back due to the COVID situation. Either way, they have been great to live with, super respectful, and also down to do stuff if you'd like. The only reason why I am leaving is I'm moving in with a girl friend in another neighborhood.

The place itself will be furnished with the exception of the bedroom, where I'll leave behind the bed frame.
