I am a licensed broker looking for someone very clean to take over a lease for a financial District room but must supply $20 application fee and all necessary documents to apply. You will need to provide the following to the building via email: letter of employment, pay stub, picture ID, and recent bank statement.

1 large flex bedroom with panoramic views available in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom corner unit flexed into 3 bedrooms. The third roommate is a 32 year old male who works as a consultant. The lease is up 3/31/2021.

The bedroom is approximately 12.5? x 10? with panoramic views (5 large windows) overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge and Seaport. The room can fit a queen size bed, dresser, and still have room for other furniture. There is a huge closet in the hallway for the flex room. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 person. Per building regulations, there is a 12? gap at the top of the flex wall; but has been filled with sound proof foam.

It?s a luxury building with large windows. Amenities include: doorman, elevator, rooftop, gym, lounge, laundry room, dry cleaner.
It?s a 5 minute walk to Fulton Street stops (2/3/4/5/A/C/J/Z). And it?s very easy to get around the city by subway or Uber/taxi.
