I have a room available for rent in the Financial District for $1200/month.?Rent is not inclusive of utilities (around $90). Availability flexible.

The room faces the West Side Highway and has a large sunny window. The room (apx. 11 feet long and 7 feet side) is big enough to fit a queen bed, dresser, and desk. You will have access to a massive closet outside of the apartment for additional?storage.?You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person,?male.?

The apartment is very large (apx. 1,115 sq ft) and loft-like with high 10.5 foot ceilings and has 2 full bathrooms. The California style open kitchen is fully stocked. There is a small living room and a dining area. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment for you to use. Building amenities include: 24 hour doorman, live in super, fitness center, children's playroom, steam room, bike storage and roof deck.

You must have a stable, financially secured job and are quiet, down-to-earth, clean, friendly, considerate, drama-free, pays bills on time, who does not bring the party home and does not have a lot of stuff as the entire apartment is furnished (except for the room available). We are 2 professionals in our 30s who work a lot and very quiet. I am in my 30s working in real estate. The other roommate works in finance.?I require 1st months rent and 1 month security deposit.
