Gorgeous two bedroom flex apartment in luxury building in the financial district available for April 1 move in or earlier. This is a lease break so you would be taking over 6 months of the lease and can then renew for an additional year. A great way to save money as the market rate for this apartment would be at least $300 more a month!

While this technically is a two bedroom flex, there is a solid wall separating the second bedroom from the rest of the apartment and both bedrooms are bigger than the majority of NYC Apartments. Both have incredible views from 30 +floors above ground level. This luxury building has a swimming pool, a full gym, a laundry room, two lounges, and a large outdoor rooftop area.

Pet friendly, heat and hot water included.

Pearl will be taking the flexed bedroom, so the real room is the last one available.

I have a small 20 pound 7 year old Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix named Specs he?s more popular than I am?) I like taking him hiking and will occasionally go on road trips with him out of state to explore and visit friends. He?s active when we?re out but spends the rest of the day sleeping in the sun or begging for food. I most likely will not bring him for the first month or so while I get settled in my new job.

If you are interested in moving forward then you would be required to fill out a roommate profile (one time fee of $50) on our website, plus send your financial documents in order to apply with the landlord. I will introduce you to the other roommate interested, and if you both like each other then we'd move forward with signing the lease.
