Large room in luxury Wall Street building!

Hi! We are looking for someone to fill a room in our current apartment in Fidi. We have loved this building and apartment and are looking to renew the lease for another year! Our current roommate is moving, but we're hoping to find someone to renew with us!

*the room*
This room absolutely huge for Manhattan standards! About 13'x12' with an in-room 74"x26" closet nook! The current roommate has a queen size bed but a king would still fit with lots of room to spare for dressers, night stands, and entertainment centers. It is a true room (no temp wall) with it's own heat and A/C unit, but the only downside is no windows. Furnishings up for negotiation, and the rest of the apartment is completely furnished with couch, cooking supplies, etc.

A 3BR, 1BA apartment on the top residential floor of a high-rise building. The shared spaces include a kitchen with stainless-steel appliances (inc. dishwasher), eating area, spacious living room, and bathroom w/ bathtub.

*the building*
This is a luxury high-rise building on Wall Street. The building just finished a ton of renovations and upgrades, so it is beautiful and has a ton of great amenities! Amenities include:
-24/7 doorman (they are great!)
-Brand-new two-story private fitness center
-Beautiful sky lounge w/ pool table, big-screen TV, couches, tables to work or hang out
-Roof top terrace w/ lounge chairs & barbeques
-Large, brand-new resident lounge
-Large and small laundry rooms
-Huge new bar (they host private resident events)
-Kids playroom
-Additional facilities include valet, concierge, wash and fold, storage space, bike room, and on-premises garage.

*the area*
Amazing location near great restaurants & bars, shopping and only 2 blocks from the waterfront. Sweetgreen, Joe & The Juice, and La Colombe are directly below the building.
Fantastic transportation options close by as well; short walk to to 1/2/3/4/5/A/C/E/J/M/R trains.

***About your future roommates***
Two 20-something girls who are young professionals. We are both clean, kind, and respectful! We like to catch up together but also do our own thing most of the week. Not too loud and tend not to bring the party home but have occasional friends over, visiting in town, etc.

***More details***
Rent will be $1710/month, and your share of wifi, electric, ~40/month. Amenity fees (for huge gym, lounges, speakeasy bar, rooftop, game rooms, etc) can be paid either up front for the year for $750 or monthly for $70.

Move-in date is May 1st but slight flexibility with our other roommate moving out!
