I am looking to move out of my current apartment in the Financial District and need someone to take my spot (someone who can take my place on the lease). The lease ends in August with option to renew.
The room itself is a decent size and fits a full size bed, dresser, bed side table, and desk. The room can fit a queen as well. It has a closet and an attached private bathroom with walk-in shower. You have great views as well from the room as it's on a high floor.
The unit has a small living area, W/D in unit, and full dishwasher. The building has great amenities including a gym, yoga studio, lounge, outdoor pool, and large rooftop.
The other two roommates are very respectful and clean and work full-time so keep pretty busy.
Utilities usually run no more than $60/pp and internet is $23/pp. This is under my current roommate so you just pay her each month.
