Hello,

We have a bedroom available for rent in a beautiful, newly renovated apartment in FiDi/Seaport district.

I am very sad to leave the place, as it is a very bright, clean place in one of the most convenient locations in the city. (less that 5 min walk from Fulton St. station and Wall St., that allows for easy connection to pretty much any part of NYC).

You would be sharing the apartment with two young professionals, that are very respectful, responsible and clean, and look for the same in the their roommate. It is a 3 bed./2 ba. apt. and you would share one of the bathrooms with only another person.

The building comes with many amazing amenities, including a superb lobby/event space/library, gym with great views of the lower Manhattan plus a rooftop deck terrace and swimming pool (that you can use during summer months).

The move-in date would ideally be beginning of January, and you would be signing a sub-lease agreement.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
You will need to replace me on the current lease, which means that you will need to get approved by the building's management. In order to qualify you would need to make $65.000/year or more, and proof of employment, pay stubs etc.
