The room we are looking to fill is one of the true bedrooms and has amazing views of the Brooklyn bridge, hardwood floors and a closet. Whoever moves in will also have their own bathroom down the hall from the room. The apartment is in a doorman building with access to a lounge, gym, laundry room and rooftop. Lastly, we would like to find someone for a 3 month sublease but are open to renewing for a full year starting January 1, 2020.
